I have been using hobby king servos for my creations so far, they are very cheap and in most cases have the power for what I want. I have used mini servos with plastic gears for steering which have been perfect however they do not suit driving the tractor. The gears will most likely shred so instead I would advise you either dish out a little extra and get steel geared servo or go completely wild and order a SIKU motor and gearbox assembly which has excellent power!!

The plastic gear servo I was using can be found here. I used these servos for the steering of the SIKU Fendt 936 and the SIKU Massey 8680. They have good enough power for steering but the plastic gears can break if you put them under huge strain. When I need a stronger servo I used these steel gear servos. I'm using one of these for the steering on a radio controlled SIKU John Deere 9560R. Does anyone else have any good suggestions?
